The third issue of TOR is due to be published in late spring 2017 and we are looking for thought provoking, insightful and interesting content now.
TOR is a collaborative journal produced by and for social science PGRs and provides a supportive, yet rigorous platform for students to communicate their research, and to have their work reviewed by their peers, both academic staff and students from across the SWDTC.
Anyone can submit an article so if you want to dip your toes into the ‘mysterious’ world of academic publishing now is your chance. If you have made a presentation or if you have
submitted a poster or abstract for a recent conference, including the SWDTC Student Conference, why not consider turning that into an article for submission?
The editorial team would particularly like to invite shorter articles or blog style pieces on the theme of ‘Crisis? What Crisis?’ – are we really in a period of unprecedented turmoil? Brexit, the future of the UK as a sovereign state, climate change, US Election, terrorism, migration, anti-microbial resistance, the shift in global economies….your analysis, perspectives, insights and maybe even solutions, all are welcome.
Deadline for submissions is 31st January 2017 so get your skates on!
All submissions and enquiries should be sent to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
