The South West Doctoral Training Partnership offers 17 specialist research training pathways for doctoral candidates in the social sciences. 12 of these pathways are in established ESRC disciplines such as Economics, Human Geography, Psychology and Sociology. The other five research training pathways are in innovative interdisciplinary areas that make a major contribution to skills development.
