As it was a beautiful sunny day in Bath, where our most recent committee meeting was held we decided to take the meeting outside in the sun and warmth. This certainly got our creative juices flowing. The committee worked together this time to start pulling the conference together.

Call for papers and posters NOW OPEN
– Call opened on 28th June 2019
– Call closes on 2nd September 2019
– Notification of acceptance of paper/poster on 27th September 2019

Delegate Registration
We anticipate delegate registration to open early September. More information will be coming next month!
Social Event/After Party
We will be holding a social event/after party after the conference. This will begin straight after conference closes in Cross-Keys. We have taken on-board what you told us in the questionnaire. We will be sourcing some live entertainment, organising food and supplying a bar serving a variety of drinks.
Workshops
This year will will be hosting a variety of workshops for delegates. If you have an idea of what type of workshop you would like to see then please do let me know by emailing w.speed@exeter.ac.uk.
The next conference will be taking place on St Luke’s Campus at the University of Exeter on the 31st July 2019 where we will be looking at timetabling, rooms, catering and workshops. Until then, enjoy your summer holidays… if you have one.
