Research topic: Children living with parental substance misuse: A longitudinal study of factors associated with social care outcomes in England
The focus of my PhD study was identifying and analysing risk and protective factors for children living with parental substance misuse in relation to their children’s social care and wellbeing outcomes. The research design was a retrospective longitudinal case note study, using multivariate statistical analysis to explore which factors or sets of interacting factors are associated with particular outcomes.
